Carly, Founder of Keystone Virtual, is an accomplished executive assistant in the field of marketing communications.
Prior to establishing Keystone Virtual, she worked for an award-winning, global healthcare communications consultancy. During her 8 years with the agency, she worked as executive assistance for the two CEOs and leadership team, led the agency’s marketing efforts and supported with new business development, social media management, and internal communications.
Carly specialises in providing administrative and marketing support to entrepreneurs and agencies in the creative and communications sectors, and continues to work in the field of healthcare communications with several of Keystone Virtual’s clients. She is also currently completing the Digital Mums social media management course, to fine-tune her skills in supporting businesses with their social strategy and channel management.
Outside of her working day, Carly can be found on the school run and enjoys and spending time with family and friends, good food and the occasional gin!
Holly is a freelance marketing and social media consultant, working with businesses and entrepreneurs to increase brand awareness and support business growth.
She has over a decade’s experience working in marketing (digital, social media and print) and market research for blockbuster brands in the pharmaceutical industry and is soon due to complete the Digital Mums social media training course.
Holly believes in using strong insight to develop brand plans, digital and social media strategies that reach the hearts and minds of customers. She prides herself on creative thinking, an ability
to see the big picture and helping her clients’ marketing budget work harder and go further.
When not at work, Holly likes to walk her dog and if the opportunity arises ride horses.
Claire is a marketing professional with over 15 years’ experience, a degree in Marketing and diplomas in Direct and Digital Marketing from the Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM).
Having recently completed the Virtual Assistant Coaching and Training (VACT) VA Mastery Course, she now works with small businesses and entrepreneurs to offer freelance virtual assistance and marketing support.
Claire’s expertise includes the development of sales and marketing strategies, set up and management of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), management of on and offline marketing collateral and event management.
Outside the office, Claire enjoys spending time with her family and traveling abroad.
Louise has over 15 years’ experience providing executive level administrative support and project and event management, most of which was gained during her time working in policy, research and performance management for Local Government.
Having recently completed the Virtual Assistant Coaching and Training (VACT) VA Mastery Course, she now works as a virtual assistant for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Louise can turn her hand to any administrative task sent her way, but with a secret passion for spotting grammatical errors, she has a particular passion for proofreading.
When not assisting her clients, Louise enjoys spending time with her family going for long walks and cinema trips.
Erran has 10 years’ experience as an executive PA and has been working as a virtual assistant and digital marketing manager since 2014.
Erran is passionate about communication, and delivering exceptional client service. She has a thorough understanding of the digital marketing landscape and how to leverage digital marketing and social media platforms to create new business opportunities.
She prides herself on getting to know the businesses and people she works with inside and out, to provide a sounding board for ideas, help them make meaningful business connections and, most importantly, offer practical solutions to save them time.
When not working, Erran enjoys spending time with her family and travelling to visit new places both locally and further afield.
Leveraging her 15 years’ experience in business administration and marketing, Michelle has provided freelance marketing support to small businesses and marketing agencies since 2015. An excellent communicator, she specialises in digital marketing and business development and loves nothing more than the buzz of helping her clients put their marketing plans into action and helping their businesses grow.
Michelle is continually investing in her self-development. In 2017 she attended the Social Media Examiner Conference and achieved the Institute of Digital Marketing (IDM) CPD Award and Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDDM) Diploma in Digital Marketing, Digital Communication and Multimedia.
Outside of her home office, she can be found playing taxi driver for her teenage sons and enjoys good food, travelling and yoga.
Justine has over 18 years’ experience as an executive assistant working with global senior directors and their leadership teams. Utilising her skills, she forged her freelance career in 2014 and hasn’t looked back since.
Justine offers a full spectrum of office support. In addition to traditional executive assistant duties, she offers expertise across social media, blog writing and researching industry-specific content.
One of Justine’s key strengths is her innate ability to quickly get under the skin of the businesses she works with, meaning that the difference she makes is evident almost instantly.
Outside of her office, Justine enjoys indulging in fashion and beauty and has a deep adoration for music from the stage and screen.
Jess is an experienced virtual assistant. Having worked in the industry for the past 5 years, she has a demonstrated history in assisting entrepreneurs and small companies grow their businesses.
Jess possesses excellent Microsoft Office capability and is particularly skilled at supporting clients with training coordination, event management, social media marketing and project coordination.
When she’s not working, Jess is kept busy by her nine-year-old twin boys and enjoys long walks in the countryside, a pub lunch and a good book.
Zita has over 25 years administrative experience and has been working as a virtual assistant since 2013.
Her passion for helping make her clients’ lives easier and achieving an optimal work/life balance is second to none. She is an excellent communicator and able to put clients at ease from the very first meeting. Among her other capabilities, she is a whizz at supporting clients with Mailchimp, research, data entry and diary and email management.
Outside of work, family time is important to Zita and she loves nothing more than dusting off her wellies and walking with her husband, children and dog in the countryside.
