Carly's talents show no bounds. She is always one step ahead of the game, used to thinking strategically but also always ready to roll up her sleeves and get stuck in. I have worked with Carly for the past two years at [Global Healthcare Communications Agency] Virgo Health, when I was brought in to replace external freelancers with an in-house design function. I have been really impressed by how quickly Carly got to grips with the scope of my work and the particular challenges that face a busy independent architectural practice: she had no knowledge of my business sector when we started working together. There’s a good deal of compliance required in my work and many third parties’ involvement to include, so attention to detail is key. Projects can be complex and involve many phases and activities. Carly has an intelligent and logical approach that meant she soon understood my business operation and was able to suggest some excellent improvements to the way I work day-to-day. She knows a lot about productivity tools and systems and has made expert and informed recommendations, then explained and implemented these without adding to my workload.
