Meet Carly

I'm Carly Stringer

I founded Keystone Virtual, offering virtual assistant and marketing services, in 2017. I have ten years of project management, executive assistance and marketing experience, most of which was gained during my time working for an award-winning, global healthcare communication and medical education agency.

Alongside my team of experienced associates, I provide individuals and businesses with critical administrative digital marketing support. This gives them more time to focus on their clients and growing their business. Given my extensive healthcare communication experience, I specialise in supporting businesses within this sector.

I pride myself on having a proactive approach, always thinking one step ahead and identifying ways in which businesses can work smarter to achieve more.

I'm a multipotentialite

If I had to describe myself in one word it would be ‘Multipotentialite’, a term coined by Emilie Wapnick in this fantastic TED Talk. She describes a multipotentialite as someone who doesn’t have one true calling the way that specialists do. Instead, they have many paths.
“Multipotentialites thrive on learning, exploring and mastering new skills. We are excellent at bringing disparate ideas together in creative ways. This makes us incredible innovators and problem solvers. When it comes to new interests that emerge, our insatiable curiosity leads us to absorb everything we can get our hands on. As a result, we pick up new skills fast and tend to be a wealth of information.”
Emilie Wapnick,
Working as a Virtual Assistant, therefore, suits me perfectly because I'm able to work with a variety of people and businesses.  I can feed my hunger for learning new skills on a daily basis and put this to use alongside my current expertise for the benefit of my clients.

I work with a range of businesses, with a specialism in supporting healthcare and creative communication agencies

Prior to setting up Keystone Virtual, I worked for a leading, global healthcare communications agency. During this time I took on roles including account management and medical writing, executive assistance (supporting two CEOs and their leadership team) and marketing.
Although I work with my associates to support a range of businesses across different sectors, I personally specialise in working with those in the healthcare and creative communications industries, including PR, medical education, consultancy, marketing, advertising, digital and social, and design and motion. With over 8 years' experience in this field, I understand the specific challenges faced by these agencies and can offer administrative and marketing support tailored to these needs.

We can help you, wherever you are located

Our HQ is based in Kent. Although we like to support local business owners, working virtually means that we can support businesses wherever they are located and have clients across the UK. If you are an individual or business that needs a helping hand with your administration or digital marketing, please do get in touch for an initial chat - we'd love to help you!
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
